What is a disbursement service?

Disbursement service is a fund transfer service that Faspay provide to its merchant. We will be one stop solution for Merchant to do mass transfer to all banks in a real time.

Who can use / need disbursement service?

We can provide our disbursement service to a company that need to do mass transfer to all banks with simple way.

How to use disbursement service? / What is it for?

You can use disbursement service for refund to your customer, paying out supplier, paying out user, disburse loan to your user, etc.

What makes Faspay SendMe different from its competitor?

Faspay whom provide Faspay SendMe already has a license from Bank of Indonesia 20/406/DKSP/Srt/B, make Faspay a legal company to do a fund transfer.

Does Faspay SendMe has BI Lisence?

Faspay SendMe already as a BI License with registration number 20/406/DKSP/Srt/B and certification number 20/237/DKSP/84.

How much does the fee cost? Pay per transaction?

We have a flat fee of Rp. 5.000 / transaction before tax and it will be auto deducted from your balance per transaction.

How to register?

You need to fill in our registration form and complete your legal document then submit to us.

How long is the process from registration to LIVE?

Our registration itself will take about 2 working days and for integration it depends on your team. Usually will be around 5 to 10 working days for integration until LIVE.

How do I manage my transaction?

We will provide you the dashboard to check your balance, manage your transaction, and download your daily report.

Who can use the dashboard?

All of our Faspay’s SendMe registered merchant can use the dashboard. We will provide an account to login at merchant page and you can check our dashboard to see your transaction.

Do I get any reports?

You can download your report from our dashboard.

How to top up?

You can top up your balance through bank transfer and ATM transfer to our bank account without any limitation per day.

How if my balance has not been added on the dashboard after I top up?

If your balance has not been added within 4 hours from your top up time, please contact our customer care so we can help to check your transaction.
